The price of a website can vary greatly, depending on the number of pages, amount of content, and desired features.

Basic Website pricing guideline:

  • $450 - $850
  • 4 page website
  • Initial consultation and planning phase.
  • Website information organization and initial sketches.
  • Key phrase research for Website Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Custom Website Design in PhotoShop. (includes 2 revisions)
  • Website programming in standards compliant HTML and CSS.
  • Page Specific Content Addition (up to 2 photos and up to 1000 words of preformatted text per page). Includes 2 revisions per page.
  • Customized Website Navigation System
  • Email links and links to other websites
  • Website submission to search engines.
  • Website upload to web host
  • Final test

**Websites requiring more than 2 photos or 1,000 words per page, photo albums, slideshows, interactivity, content writing, content copy writing, logo development, graphic design and creation, animated graphics, calendars, audio and video files, or extensive photo manipulations will take extra time and inevitably add to the cost.

Once you've chosen a domain name (www.yourcompany.com), you'll need to visit a domain registrar and purchase the name. Domain names usually cost $11.00 - $25.00/yr, depending on the company, and whether or not hosting is included.

There are also a number of good hosting companies, most offer website hosting for $7.00 - $20.00/mo.
